Jumeirah Mosque is nestled near the shore in one of Dubai's older and most picturesque neighborhoods, Jumeirah 1. Its detailed sand-hued façade – which graces more mature five hundred-dirham notes – mimics the architectural type of the medieval Fatimid period. Unlike nearly all of Dubai's other mosques, non-Muslims are invited inside to marvel
